Return Policy

We want you to love your items! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn. Please contact us at moonlitcrab19@gmail.com before returning any item to receive return instructions.

Refund or Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your store credit or refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
